Shipping & Delivery
Each AREUM order is prepared with care in Sydney, Australia.
As our formulations are handcrafted in considered batches, please allow a short processing period before your order is dispatched.

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available. During launches, restocks, promotional periods and public holidays, processing may take a little longer than usual.
If your order contains a product with a later dispatch date, the complete order may be sent together once all items are ready.

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only. Regional and remote locations may require additional time.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. AREUM cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

International delivery is available to selected destinations displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated timeframes vary according to the destination and selected delivery service. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges that may apply upon arrival.
Customs processing may delay delivery. AREUM is unable to control or predict delays caused by customs authorities or local delivery providers.

Where tracking is included, your tracking details will be emailed after dispatch. Please allow time for the tracking information to become active.
Once a parcel has been handed to the delivery provider, its journey is managed by that carrier. If tracking shows an unexpected delay, please contact the carrier in the first instance or reach out to AREUM so we can help where possible.

Where a parcel is delivered under an authority-to-leave arrangement, it may be left in a location considered safe by the delivery provider.
Please select a secure delivery address. AREUM cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being recorded as successfully delivered to the address supplied, although we will assist with enquiries wherever reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a parcel is returned to AREUM because the address supplied was incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, the customer may be asked to cover the cost of redelivery.
If you notice an error shortly after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

Occasional delivery delays can occur outside AREUM’s control.
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information and contact us with your order number. We will assist with lodging an enquiry with the delivery provider where appropriate.
Please notify us promptly if a tracked parcel appears to be missing.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:
your order number;
a brief description of the issue; and
clear photographs of the parcel and affected product.
Please retain the packaging until we have reviewed the matter. We will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
